Administer vaccines including flu, MMR, COVID-19, and others to the public in CVS stores. Lead with empathy and compassion toward patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. Motivate, inspire, and support team members by managing assignments and addressing development needs. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Ensure compliance with vaccination protocols and clinical standards. Critical Information Shift and hours vary; 7 days per week availability required. Onsite as needed; hybrid work not specified. Job duration: 12 months. Employer requires full COVID-19 vaccination status prior to start. Environment involves community healthcare settings with in-person patient interaction.
