Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Customer Service that supports the personalization department of a large LV manufacturer! This temporary position is expected to last 6-9 months and pays $22.00/hr. Support customers with fulfilling engraving requests: Respond to inquiries and process engraving orders Attend meetings with production to review engraving issues Research to resolve engraving issues or discrepancies found in scheduled orders Make outbound calls to clarify custom requests Provide customer support or alternatives for custom requests Candidates must be very customer-centric with the ability to multitask several computer programs simultaneously.
