Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 4-5 years in the field to lead and execute complex electrical design projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on testing experience—particularly with mobile computing devices. The candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing design requirements, architecting solutions, and delivering high-quality electrical engineering projects in a high-volume environment. This position involves significant collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines and program management teams.
Experience & Background
- 4–5 years of experience in electrical/hardware engineering.
- Exposure to high-volume / mass production environments.
- Mobile computing background preferred (laptops, tablets, or smartphones).
- Experience with mobile chipset architecture from Qualcomm / Intel / MediaTek (highly preferred).
Technical Skills
- Bench work & hands-on testing of hardware/electronics.
- Electronic design expertise (schematics, circuits, PCBs).
- Knowledge of high-speed communication interfaces (e.g., PCIe, USB, DDR, etc.).
- Ability to establish requirements and ensure correct features are integrated into designs.
- Competence in developing new tools, methods, and solutions for testing and design improvements.
Project & Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead or architect complex electrical design projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and guide other engineers or technicians as needed.
- Ensure quality and technical improvements are implemented.
- Document methodologies, best practices, and new ideas for hardware teams.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering disciplines and possibly program management.
- Represent the company with senior customer personnel and act as the main point of contact.
- Initiate cross-functional collaboration across departments and companies.
Soft Skills
- Strong judgment and decision-making in selecting engineering methods.
- Ability to network with key contacts and influence across organizational boundaries.
- Effective communication and leadership when working with customers and internal teams.
