Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring talent to meet our company's evolving needs. A successful recruitment coordinator should be well-versed in the recruitment process as well as relevant employment legislation. You should further be organized and have excellent communication and people skills.
Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from job posting and sourcing to
interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for both internal and external positions
• Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional networks
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to build a strong talent pipeline
• Collaboration: Partner closely with the Talent Solution Service Team Manager and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with client accounts,
serving as a trusted advisor on talent-related matters
• Onboarding: Assist with all phases of the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth and
welcoming transition into the company
• Process Improvement: Contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to the recruitment process
• Administrative Support: Provide timely responses to candidate and client inquiries via phone and
email, and support the team with daily activities and assigned projects
Qualification:
• English / Korean bilingual preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Experience in the recruitment field preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruiter tools preferred (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
