Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Human Resources Assistant to join their client's team in Pasadena, CA. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for supporting HR functions in a fast-paced environment. The position is 100% onsite and will involve assisting with day-to-day HR operations on a temporary, full-time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with payroll processes.
  • Help coordinate employee events and trainings.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR support experience (prior experience as an HR Assistant required).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Pasadena, CA.
Required Work Hours

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

While this is a temporary position, candidates may be eligible for certain benefits offered through Ultimate Staffing Services.

Additional Details

Pay: $22-$25 per hour

Location: Onsite in Pasadena, CA
