Spherion is hiring for a Packer position in Coal Center. The Packer position pays $15.75 per hour with weekly pay. The shift for the Packer position is 3p-11:30p. The Packer position is a temp to hire role. Responsibilities include accurately processing customer orders through picking, assembly, and packaging. Prepare products for shipment, which includes labeling and operating packaging machinery. Conduct quality control inspections to identify and report product defects. Demonstrate flexibility by cross-training and working in various stations as needed. Maintain a safe and efficient workflow by following all team leadership directives.
