Our client located in downtown Pittsburgh is hiring for a receptionist to start in the beginning of October. This is a 12-week onsite contract role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. The position offers a pay rate of $18-$20 an hour based on experience. Job responsibilities would include ordering food, phones, conference rooms, scheduling communications.
Answering firm telephone and greeting guests.
Maintaining firm conference room calendar and assist in preparing and setting up conference rooms for internal meetings, conferences, and events.
Entering time and submitting expenses for various attorneys and administrators.
General secretarial duties, including drafting, copying, faxing, scanning and filing of incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
Providing administrative support as needed including preparing correspondence, redacting documents, and preparing spreadsheets.
Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong attention to detail in all work.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
Forward thinking, punctual, organized, and a team player with customer service skills.
Ability to independently solve problems and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction.
Professional office experience a plus.
