- Pay Rate: $20/hour + significant bonus opportunities
- Schedule: Full-time, open availability required from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST, Monday - Sunday
- Location: 100% Remote in CST & EST time zones
Position Responsibilities: Work from Home Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- Answer inbound calls to assist customers with health insurance enrollment.
- Guide callers through the application and enrollment process step-by-step.
- Strictly adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently while on calls.
- Assist individuals in understanding their plan options and selecting the best fit for their needs.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism with every caller.
Position Requirements: Work from Home Licensed Health Insurance Agent
- An active Health Insurance License is required (resident license in one of the listed states).
- FFM/Marketplace Certified for 2026, or a willingness to complete certification before the start date.
- High school diploma or GED.
- A professional, distraction-free remote work setup with reliable, wired internet access.
- Proven ability to multitask and seamlessly navigate various platforms.
- A strong sales or call center background is preferred.
