A facility in Auburn, NY is looking for a Cath Lab Tech for their new Cath Lab unit.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience required.
- RCIS or ARRT required.
- Certification and current registration in Cardiovascular (CV) or Interventional Technology (IR) or Vascular-Interventional Technology (VI) by the ARRT is required.
- NYS Rad Tech license required.
- BLS required.
- Must have experience with balloon pumps and conscious sedation training.
- Equipment experience with GE required.
Description:
- Candidates must be prepared to precept staff joining the Cath Lab.
- Must take Stemi call.
- Charting will be Mac Lab.
- Responsibilities include scrubbing-in for the surgical portion of the procedure, circulating within the procedure room to organize and perform the non-sterile portions of the procedure, and operating the radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce the images of the procedure.
- Call is required. 1 week every 3 weeks 4:30p-8a plus all day Sat and Sun. Every 3 weeks.
- Shift: 08:00 AM-04:30 PM, Mon-Fri schedule
