Direct responsibility for managing the daily operations of the Quality department. Leads the quality team by creating and implementing quality management objectives and implementing policies and procedures to ensure key objectives are met. Ensures that organizational quality objectives are successfully achieved. Assists the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in maintaining a plant wide commitment that the highest quality product possible is manufactured. REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE - Bachelors degree in engineering field with understanding of advanced quality engineering practices, principles, and processes. Must have thorough and complete knowledge of respective field. Ten years diverse professional and managerial experience including financial/budget responsibility, management leadership, and strategic decision making/leadership in a manufacturing environment.
