Calkins Creek Family Medicine is searching for a new Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse! This role provides the opportunity to work 8 or 10 hour shifts to best fit your schedule! This role is responsible for: direct patient care, documentation, administration of medications, minor laboratory testing, and communication with patients, health care providers, pharmacies and vendors within the scope of practice intended by the Licensed Registered Nurse regulations of the New York State Nurse Practice Act. In addition, this role serves as lead RN in assisting the Practice Manager with additional clinical administration duties including staff training and mentoring. Collaborates with residents, physicians, and social workers in clinical decision-making and follows up on patient care needs. Pay Range:Pay Range: $37.12 - $47.37 Hourly.
