A-Line staffing is looking for a Hospital Credentialing Specialist for a Major Hospital System located in Pompton Plains, NJ 07444! Hospital Credentialing Specialist - Schedule: Monday Friday | 8 am-4 pm Hospital Credentialing Specialist - Pay Range: $30-36 hourly Hospital Credentialing Specialist - Key Responsibilities: Process credentialing and recredentialing applications (125-200 quarterly) for providers. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and legal guidelines in all credentialing processes. Collect and verify significant amounts of accreditation, education, training, licensure, and experience data. Maintain up-to-date provider records in the Echo database. Prepare materials for the Credentials Committee, Medical Executive Committee (MEC), and Board of Trustees meetings. Schedule, attend, and take minutes for site-based medical staff department meetings when required. Track license and certification expirations to ensure timely renewals.
