Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.75 to $27.30, with the opportunity for an annual bonus Remote work opportunity Up to 15 days of vacation per year for full-time associates working 40 hours a week 9 paid holidays in 2023 for full-time associates Sick leave provided through personal time, with up to 56 hours available in 2023 for full-time associates Responsibilities:
Investigate, analyze, and resolve inquiries from policyholders, brokers, and group office personnel regarding implementation, enrollment, and billing Review and analyze submitted data, contacting policyholders and brokers when necessary to obtain missing information or clarify questions Train and provide explanations to policyholders and brokers on billings, enrollments, procedures, and other business processing Provide excellent service recovery, turning complaint/error situations into opportunities for a positive customer experience Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external business partners Requirements:
Knowledge of group insurance products Attention to detail and ability to make sound, justified decisions Organizational and analytical skills Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing customer needs Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously Valuable Experience:
