In this pivotal role, you'll proactively connect with members, assisting them with their benefit plans.

Hourly compensation $22.00 - $24.00 depending on experience

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Key Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Knowledge of dental/vision/life/disability insurance is a plus
• Active Life & Health insurance license
• MS Office
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Core Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative environment within a dynamic team to achieve shared objectives
• Proactively manage a high volume of inbound inquiries, providing expert guidance on established dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans
• Efficiently manage documentation processes and respond to email inquiries, ensuring strict adherence to company protocols and contributing to streamlined operations and enhanced client satisfaction

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $45,000.00 - $49,000.00 Per Year
