Located in Little Chute, WI Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 /HRTemporary Position! Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 /HRDuties:
- Enter and process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and credit memos accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system
- Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, or wire transfers) according to company policies
- Review invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and proper coding to general ledger accounts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
- Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accruals and account reconciliations
- Generate and maintain reports in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting support role required
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
