To assist in planning, organizing, and managing the operations of the UTRGV Athletic Ticket Office. Participates in the development, implementation and execution of sales programs and initiatives. Description of Duties Assists with planning, organizing, and managing the day-to day operations of the UTRGV Athletic Ticket Office. Responsible for actively prospecting new leads for season tickets and group sales opportunities through phone, e-mail, social media and face-to-face appointments and data mining. Oversees and manages all operations of the ticket office for the assigned sport, ensuring efficient service and positive experience. Develops, plans and executes group sales for all ticketed sports. Ensures an optimal number of customer touchpoints are executed and tracked on a daily basis.
