Under the direction of the, Deputy General Counsel & Head of Regulatory Relations for the Bank Regulatory Group, this role is responsible for overseeing and managing the regulatory relationship strategy and the examination processes administered by relevant regulatory agencies (primarily the Federal Reserve, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) with respect to Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) and its primary bank subsidiary Citizens Bank, N. A. (together with CFG referred to as Citizens) products, services and business practices. Specific areas of responsibility include the Chief Risk Officer and the Risk Management Division, as well as overseeing regulatory relations governance and reporting, the management of exam team processes and key stakeholder engagement in connection with regulatory remediation processes.
