We are a dentist recruiting company working with a private office, located 40 minutes northwest of Fort Worth. It is in the town of Boyd. They have many established patients already established as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month. The office has over 500 Google reviews, averaging 4.9 stars!

They are seeking a dentist with 2 (or more years) of experience. The dentist would be the only dentist at this office, since the owner works in a different location.

The office is approximately 70% PPOs and 30% fee for service. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting and state of the art equipment. No nights and no weekends are required. They have an experienced and long tenured staff as well. Ideally they would like a dentist to work 4 days per week, but part time would be considered as well.

They are offering a competitive daily minimum plus percentage of production, health insurance, 401K, and continuing education stipend. A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn between 250K and 300K per year. There is buy inpotential in the future if interested, but certainly not required.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

• Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
• State license to practice dentistry.
• CPR certification.
• Proven experience working in a dental practice.
• The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
• The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication skills.
