P6 Scheduler – Atlanta, GA

Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday; remote on Fridays

We are hiring! ASAP is seeking a P6 Scheduler to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

Five years of Primavera P6 experience in medium to large-sized construction projects (required).

How you will contribute:

  • Support project teams and stakeholders in managing schedules for successful project delivery.
  • Work directly with general contractors and design-build teams to monitor schedule risks.
  • Maintain overall milestone program and ensure milestone definitions are clear and agreed upon.
  • Coordinate scope with project teams and trades.
  • Develop detailed schedules (pull-plans) that support project milestones.
  • Establish reasonable schedule logic and constraints with task owners and teams.
  • Evaluate critical/near-critical path sequencing and facilitate review sessions with stakeholders.
  • Generate schedule reports and analyze indicators per the project execution plan.
  • Identify key milestones, critical approvals, and long-lead procurement items.
  • Validate contractors' reported progress through site inspections.
  • Detect schedule changes, gaps, and trends while working proactively on solutions.
  • Conduct schedule review meetings and present status updates to stakeholders.
  • Propose corrective actions or recovery plans for delays.
  • Ensure alignment of schedules across multiple projects.
  • Provide consolidated progress reporting to senior/program management.
  • Prepare what-if schedules as needed.
  • Document and share lessons learned.

What you will bring:

  • Five years of Primavera P6 experience in medium to large-sized construction projects (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Primavera scheduling products (P6), report preparation, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience with large capital projects; preferred background in semiconductor basebuild, hi-tech manufacturing, electrical systems, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong knowledge of float, sequencing, and construction logic across project lifecycle.
  • Experience integrating multiple project schedules.
  • AACE, PMI, or CMAA certification preferred.
  • Highly articulate, analytical problem solver with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to problem solve by coordinating calls with stakeholders and gaining alignment.
