About This Role: The Digital Office is one of the most exciting new divisions and business units in the company. We are hiring an Operations Specialist to serve three primary functions within the team. This person will be responsible for contract editing and terms management, primarily with our MSAs. This part of the job will align with what we see Contracts Specialists doing. The second part will be administration of deals through the IT tool, Hubspot, that we use to distribute those deals and where customers agree to frontline terms and conditions. Lastly, this person will help engage those same HR/Procurement points of contact if in the rare occurrence we experience billing issues.

What You'll Do:

• Support three core operational functions for the Digital Office

• Manage staffing request distribution within HubSpot

• Respond to Chats in Hubspot, weed out bad business, distribute to IGH/UK/field

• Assist Hiring Partners with setting meetings with new clients

• Maintain knowledge of the Insight Global standard MSA, create and edit MSA

• Assist the Hiring Partners to develop and execute contract terms negotiations

• Review and revise new and existing client contracts to meet company standards

• Assists with heavy redlines for MSAs

• Reviews employment, nondisclosure, and service agreements to identify terms that may affect the business

• Assist with new company research, market analysis, capabilities, referrals, references/testimonials

• Assist billing and collections teams with invoicing follow-up

• Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects: Digital Office, Contracts, Digital Channels

• Contact Care Center liaison with consultants and clients

What You'll Need To Succeed:

• High attention to detail, extremely organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong Excel, data entry, research, and time management skills

• Collaborative and creative problem-solving skills

• Extreme urgency on all written and verbal communication

• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze contractual language and reporting data

• Self-starter mentality that enjoys taking initiative and challenges

• Ability to pivot on last minute/urgent requests

• Desire to learn new technical platforms and content marketing strategies
