Description:

In a High Reliability Organization, the Program Manager of Patient Experience is responsible for implementing initiatives to drive behavior change and process improvement based on patient experience data. This role optimizes care delivery and achieves best-in-class patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meets expectations of applicable competencies and manages hospital programs to achieve excellent patient experience.
  • Utilizes improvement programs and analyzes surveys to work with directors, managers, and front-line Associates to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborates with departments to develop and implement initiatives to improve patient experience through behavior change, process improvement, or environmental factors.
  • Requirements:

    Education/Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.

    Experience:

    • 3 years of education, customer service, or process improvement experience required.
    • Experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams to improve processes.
    • Experience in using both qualitative and quantitative consumer information to drive customer satisfaction.

    Licenses/Certifications:

    • Certified Professional in Patient Experience (CPXP) preferred.

    Work Schedule:

    8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
