Hiring a Director/Facilities Operation & Construction
This position is responsible for providing leadership, management expertise and a high level of customer service in the areas of building systems and infrastructure, maintenance, grounds and custodial. This position will also serve as the lead for capital projects, renovations and deferred maintenance; and has the responsibility for overseeing all outside vendors hired by the College.
Pay range is flexible with excellent fringe benefits; including 403B plan!
