Dry Creek Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our specialized hand therapy team in Lehi. This is a great opportunity for someone who's eager to grow in a focused clinical setting, surrounded by experienced OTs who are passionate about patient care and mentoring.
What You'll Do
Partner closely with our hand therapists to carry out individualized treatment plans.
Work with patients experiencing hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions in an outpatient setting
Guide therapeutic exercises and functional activities to improve mobility and independence.
Document progress and actively contribute to clinical discussions and care planning.
Be a valued part of a close-knit team committed to clinical excellence and personalized care.
What We're Looking For
Licensed COTA in Utah.
Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Experience in outpatient rehab or hand therapy is a plus—but not required. We'll train the right person who's eager to learn.
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
