Position: One Month Temporary Data Entry Support

1+ month Data Entry and Office Support

Location: National City

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Pay: $24/hr

Start: ASAP pending background check

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Office Admin for a one-month temporary project located in National City. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to assist with data entry, file support, and updating important information within the organization. The role supports a local non-profit who helps schools and children, this position requires a background check and then will start ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Data entry and file support.
• Clean up files and transfer to database.
• Review certifications and track expiration dates.
• Issue needed renewal notices.
• Update needed information and communicate updates to leadership.
• Work independently with strong technical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Strong technical skills and ability to work independently.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Additional Details

Pay range is $23 to $25 per hour.
