To prepare all packaging materials for the process of packaging spray dried final products following applicable SOPs and GMPs. Working Relationships: This position will have regular communication with other Process Flex Operators, Process Specialist, and Process Specialist in Training. Responsibilities and Duties:Monitor and maintain all packaging processes, weights, labels, and batch record information. Fill out work order request forms from packaging process equipment when in need of repair. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment. Staging of all packaging ingredients. Following Proper SOPs and GMPs. Preparation of all packaging for spray drying final product by following directions issued Batch Records, or by direction from the Team Coach. Major and Minor Cleaning of packaging, dryer, and Wet Side Equipment. Record all cleaning and sanitizing on the appropriate documentation.
