Leads the Parking and Transportation department including operational oversight, consultant & vendor contract administration, staff management, event and departmental budgeting, campus planning and coordination of all parking & transportation facilities. Oversees game and event day parking & transportation operations including - staffing plans, shuttle service, and active parking inventory management planning for all internal and external stakeholders (guests, employees, tenants, visitors, vendors, and contractors). Designs, develops and implements near and long-term business plans that optimize operations, improve the guest experience, generate new revenue opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and customers. Act as the liaison between transportation agencies - including New York City Transit, Long Island Railroad and New York City Department of Transportation and UBS Arena to ensure alignment on levels of service and maintenance scheduling.
