Provides the highest quality, comprehensive cross-functional student services for identi?ed admissions, financial aid, Registrar, Bursar, and academic records functions. Advises, investigates, problem-solves, and resolves questions and issues from current, previous, and future students, parents, the visiting public, and the Cleveland State University (CSU) community. Works closely with colleagues across campus to provide e?cient and effective referral services for students who need assistance from academic service areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance the operation of All-in-One/ Campus 411 and increase the e?ciency of service functions within the Center. Interacts with all internal and external customers modeling professional courtesy, respect, and quality service behaviors. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
