The Active Picker/ Packer located in Rensselaer, IN, is responsible for accurately selecting parts associated with internal or external customer orders to ensure that customers receive the correct parts and quantities in both a timely and cost-efficient manner. This role supports warehouse operations by maintaining accuracy, following safety standards, and working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. This role is for the first shift, with the hours of 5:30 am - 2:00 pm unless there is overtime, which requires the hours to be 3:30 am - 2:00 pm.
