We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Procurement team. The role functions within the Airport Louge and Concessions Industry, where you'll be tasked with supporting a detail-oriented Procurement Department in their daily operations. Excellent opportunity for career growth and procurement vertical training.

Responsibilities

  • Download and upload data using various tools
  • Conduct validation plans for data entry
  • Manage expense account as part of the business unit operations
  • Onboarding and staffing suppliers as necessary
  • Review and respond to routine correspondence independently
  • Prepare presentation material including charts and graphs
  • Carry out QA management for data entry and operations
  • Maintain cyber security protocols for data management
  • Work under direct supervision to support the Procurement department's operations
  • Exercise independent judgment in performing tasks and procedures

Requirements

  • 1 year or more experience in data entry and data management
  • Skilled in preparing charts and presentation materials
  • Ability to review and evaluate data for accuracy and relevance
  • Experience with an onboarding process and expense accounts is a plus.
  • Capable of effectively managing relationships with suppliers both verbally and written
  • Ability to collaborate with different business units within the organization
  • Understanding of cyber security principles and practices
  • Ability to work under direct supervision while also demonstrating independent judgment
  • Proficiency in creating and handling routine correspondence
