About the Role:

Insight Global is hiring a General Manager for a vibrant bowling alley and entertainment center in St. Louis, Missouri. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and driving business success.

As General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain facility standards. You'll also be responsible for financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue tracking. This role offers the opportunity to lead exciting events like leagues, tournaments, birthday parties, and corporate outings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations
• Recruit, train, and develop staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a safe, welcoming environment
• Plan and execute events and promotions to drive revenue
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage inventory
• Track revenue and expenses, prepare reports, and meet financial targets
• Utilize POS and booking systems to streamline operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of general management experience in a bowling alley, family entertainment center, or similar venue
• Proficiency in POS systems, booking/reservation software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting
• Proven success in staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Experience planning and executing events
• Excellent conflict resolution and coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working for large operators like Bowlero, Top Golf, or similar
