The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Vision Realty & Management, ensuring that all departments function efficiently and meet organizational goals. This role includes direct oversight of the Property Management, Maintenance, and Turns teams. The Director of Operations ensures that properties are well-maintained, leasing processes run smoothly, and that tenant satisfaction and owner relations are maintained at the highest standards.

Property management experience is not required, but a background in operations, people leadership, and a relentless attitude to win is strongly preferred. This person will be preferably located in Carrollton or within
