We're Hiring: HSE Manager – Sturtevant, WI

Are you passionate about keeping employees safe, healthy, and engaged every day? Do you have a background in manufacturing or industrial HSE management? If so, we want to hear from you!

As our Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, you'll:

? Lead safety, environmental, and energy programs at our Sturtevant site

? Drive audits, inspections, and risk assessments while promoting a proactive safety culture

? Partner with leadership to integrate safety into daily operations

? Champion training, recognition programs, and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years HSE/energy management experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA compliance
• Experience with incident investigations, audits, and reporting
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 preferred
• Professional certifications like CSP, CIH, CEM, or CHMM are a plus
• US Citizen or Green Card holder required
