Business-level Mandarin Speaker - Client Solution Groups Manager
We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, solving challenges quickly, and ensuring the delivery of tailored logistics and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of issues.
- Solve client problems in a timely and effective manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Partner with operations, customs, sales, and technology teams to deliver customized solutions for each client.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met.
- Provide proactive status updates, performance reports, and recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client accounts, ensuring continued success and retention.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through our processes and tools for a seamless start.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China, so fluency in Mandarin is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics platforms, CRM tools, or related software is a plus.
