SUMMARY: To manage the compilation, coordination, and communication of client and staff schedules. To maintain and update schedules in a comprehensive billing and scheduling computer system in order to maximize billable hours, and client therapy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED), prefer two years specialized training with staff scheduling, at least two years experience working within a business, mental health or educational setting. LANGUAGE SKILLS In the English language, the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write emails, business correspondence, and communicate by phone. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, co-workers, and customers alike. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to use standard calculator. Advanced use of computer spreadsheet programs and word processing software.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distant, and peripheral vision, color and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment for this position is a basic office environment. While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee may be exposed to clients who may ask inappropriate personal questions, display socially unacceptable personal behaviors, use profanity and sexually explicit phrases, make insulting remarks regarding appearance, age, sex, or race, and exhibit defiance, dishonesty, and assaultive or self destructive behaviors. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
