About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People Ops and Total Rewards to lead the scaling and enhancement of its core people functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the People Ops, Compensation, and Benefits teams, and will play a key role in building and leading other teams within the People Ops function. This leadership position requires a strategic partner who can work closely with senior management to develop and implement efficient, scalable systems and processes that support the company's global workforce. The role demands a highly analytical, business-oriented individual with a proven track record in both People Ops and Total Rewards, particularly in the areas of compliance, policies, people systems, people analytics, and benefits at scale. To excel in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in People Ops and Total Rewards, with a focus on operating at a significant scale. Impeccable people management skills, a strong analytical mind, and a data-first approach to problem-solving are essential. The Head of People Ops and Total Rewards will be expected to provide coaching, mentorship, and support to their teams, as well as to continuously seek and implement best practices in line with the company's principles. The ideal candidate will be a leader, coach, and mentor, with a strong focus on driving business outcomes and a high level of resilience and calm in the face of challenges.
