About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Lead Accounting Executive to be a key part of our finance leadership team within a collaborative healthcare system. In this role, you will oversee the financial integrity of the network, managing all accounting activities and driving the operations of the Corporate Finance department. Your expertise will ensure that our financial statements comply with GAAP standards. As a transformative leader, you will standardize processes, enhance internal controls, and partner with finance leaders and operations management to drive business success.
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent business discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. A CPA is preferred, while an MBA is a strong plus. Your advanced knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, and financial reporting will be essential in this role. We are seeking someone with a proven leadership track record, operational savvy, and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills are crucial for fostering teamwork among diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and successful in spearheading change within our organization.
