Quality Technician at Enman Stamping & Assemblies140 Mansfield Industrial ParkwayMansfield, Ohio 44903The Quality Tech coordinates the activities required to implement and maintain the ISO-9001-2015 system. They provide quality training and utilize quality with continuous improvement tools to assure the effectiveness of the quality assurance program. You will be handling internal and external audits, customer complaints, corrective actions, etc. The candidate must be able to work as a team member in the continually improvement of production processes & procedures; work with customers to define and document their requirements. There is potential for advancement to Quality Supervisor. Pay will be based on experience and discussed during an interview.Major Responsibilities:Implement, maintain & enhance the Quality Assurance ProgramLead by example as a Site & safety LeaderConduct internal/external and/or supplier auditsManage the non-conforming material process and perform data analysisManage the Calibration/Recall Systems for tools & equipmentManage the corrective and preventive action process in ERP System, PlexCreate MWI's work instructionsAnswer customer questions, provide records, & document customer feedbackManage the approval of suppliers, procurement of quality items & servicesContribute to the implementation of new procedures based on specification requirements within the companyEnsure changes to the Quality Assurance Program are documented by either revising the effected documents or reviewing the revised documentsMinimum Requirements:5 years Quality related experience, preferred but not requiredManagement experience is a plusFamiliarity with Stamping, Spot Weld, Mig & Tig WeldingSuperior written & verbal communication skillsCMM Experience is plusERP Plex System Experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications & ExcelGroup facilitation skillsAbility to work without direct supervisionThe successful candidate must be able to deal with diverse work groups and work overtime, as neededMust be able to stand & walk for long periods of timeBenefits:We offer a very generous & affordable Benefit package, which includes:Paid Time Off401K with Company MatchMedical InsuranceVisionDentalAccidentalCritical IllnessShort & Long-Term DisabilityCompany Paid Life Insurance plus additional life plans availableCancer PlanHospital IndemnityIf you feel you have met the requirements above, please apply & attach your resume!
