Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Packaging Lead to oversee the daily operations of the designated 2nd Shift packaging line. This role is responsible for leading a team of 6–10 packaging operators on a daily basis, ensuring that all packaging activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running pharmaceutical packaging lines and proven leadership or coordination experience in a manufacturing environment.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of 6–10 packaging operators on a designated line.

• Provide clear direction, training, and support to ensure team members meet production and quality goals.

• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Line Operations:

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct line clearance and verification checks before and after production runs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues; escalate complex problems to maintenance.

Skills and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or coordination role (ex: Group Lead, Team Lead, Line Lead)

• Experience with GMP, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical packaging standards null
