Full-Time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine physical exams and preventive health screenings.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Provide acute care for minor illnesses and injuries.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active NP license in New York (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care, family practice, or internal medicine.
• Board Certification required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
