Position SummaryThe Patient Safety Specialist will play a key role in supporting safety initiatives across ambulatory clinics and outpatient care settings. This individual will serve as a resource for patient safety best practices, coordinate safety reporting and analysis, and partner with clinical teams to prevent harm and improve outcomes.
