Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Hybrid

Location: Bronx, NY

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (3 days per week, with flexible scheduling options, either 3 shifts of 8 hours or 3 shifts of 10 hours.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this hybrid role, you will provide emotional and administrative support to clients through individual and group therapy sessions. You will play a key role in delivering integrated mental health services, supporting client wellness, and coordinating care across various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through client interviews and review of personal histories.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Establish measurable goals and milestones to monitor client progress.
• Provide crisis assessments and implement appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
• Facilitate referrals to appropriate healthcare professionals and community programs.
• Communicate client updates and progress with relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver services that promote holistic wellness and integrated care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of New York.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (in-person and remote).
