Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading seed production company located in Cokato, MN. This company is hiring for Warehouse Assistant positions on the 1st shift. What youll do as a Warehouse Assistant:

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move pallets of seed
• Stage and organize product according to company standards
• Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed

What you need to be a Warehouse Assistant:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team player with a positive attitude
