In this role, you'll take the lead on sourcing and managing a wide range of indirect services and goods (such as corporate services and other non-IT categories), helping us strengthen operations and deliver meaningful results across the business.

What You'll Do
As a trusted member of our team, you'll:
- Shape Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for diverse indirect categories.
- Drive Results: Lead supplier negotiations to secure the best pricing, terms, and long-term value.
- Build Partnerships: Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance excellence and innovation.
- Deliver Impact: Identify and execute opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in both OpEx and CapEx.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with broader business objectives.
- Measure Success: Track, report, and communicate savings KPIs and sourcing achievements.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold company procurement policies, standards, and best practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, commodity management, or a related field.
- Flexibility to manage and support new and evolving commodity categories.
- Strong negotiation expertise with a proven track record of successful supplier contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba (or similar tools).
