The Role
We're seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and elevate our multi-unit business. This role is both strategic and hands-on—leading managers, shaping systems, scaling growth, and ensuring consistency in quality, service, and culture across all locations. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with proven experience scaling teams, driving financial results, and building a thriving company culture.
What You'll Do
✔ Lead and inspire managers across markets and retail shops
✔ Drive operational excellence through policies, systems, and best practices
✔ Oversee financial health—budgets, P&L, labor costs, COGS, and KPIs
✔ Support growth—launch new locations, hire/train leadership, integrate culture
✔ Ensure top-notch customer experience, food quality, and compliance
✔ Foster a collaborative, accountable, and people-first workplace
What We're Looking For
🔹 7–10+ years in multi-unit restaurant operations
🔹 Experience leading 3–5+ high-volume locations
🔹 Strong financial and operational acumen
🔹 Skilled in team leadership, performance management, and systems
🔹 Proficient with POS, scheduling, and inventory tools
🔹 Bay Area based, with ability to travel regularly
