Position Summary

The Project Management is a warehouse site management role which is responsible for

  • Site process improvement which covers receiving, put-away, picking, rebin, packing, pre-shiping, shiping, etc.
  • Warehouse Standard Work establishment and implementation.
  • Best practice sharing across NA warehouse network.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify all kinds of opportunities in warehouse and define kaizen projects and project charter.
    • Quantity the gaps between current situation and benchmark or business Gs & Os.
    • Analyze the root causes of the problems, gaps, failures, and work out specific action plans.
    • Establish, maintain, and optimize standard procedures and best practices for the warehouse

    operations, and ensure compliance with the Global Supply Chain Department's principles.

    • Direct warehouse business planning, process implementation, process improvement to ensure

    knowledge and methods are shared efficiently and effectively across the team.

    • Continually improve safety, quality, on-time-delivery and productivity of all processes like receiving, putaway, picking, rebin, packing, pre-shipping/shipping, etc.
    • Provide constructive feedback and additional coaching as needed to address performance improvement opportunities.
    • As the warehouse POC, coordinates relevant departments to learn the new system tool, conducts grayscale testing and employee training.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of related work experience.
    • Proven track record as a program/project management role in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
    • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and WMS/TMS.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Certification in PMP, Lean, Six-sigma is a plus.
