The Production Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting high-volume recruiting efforts for production and manufacturing positions. This role manages the end-to-end coordination of recruiting activities, including sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics. The Production Recruiting Coordinator ensures a positive candidate experience, maintains organized recruiting records, and partners closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities. Coordinate recruiting activities for high-volume production positions, including job postings, interview scheduling, and follow-up communications. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and adjust recruiting priorities accordingly.
