The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laundry department to ensure a consistent supply of clean, high-quality linens and guest items. This position ensures standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency are maintained while supervising, training, and motivating the laundry team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise laundry staff, assign daily duties, and monitor workflow. Ensure all linens, towels, and guest laundry are processed according to property standards. Inspect finished laundry for quality control and adherence to cleanliness standards. Maintain and operate laundry equipment safely; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed. Monitor and maintain par levels of linen and laundry supplies; submit requisitions when necessary. Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure efficient and effective performance.
