The Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions plays a pivotal role in supporting the enrollment goals of the Universitys graduate programs through data-driven recruitment strategies, prospective student engagement, and oversight of application system integrity. Reporting to the Director of Graduate & International Admissions, this position manages key aspects of the graduate admissions process, maintains critical admissions data, and actively participates in the recruitment and conversion of prospective students. Essential Duties Graduate Recruitment Serve as a key recruiter for assigned graduate programs, managing the full admissions funnel from inquiry to enrollment. Represent the University at graduate fairs, virtual info sessions, webinars, and corporate/organizational outreach events. Build and nurture relationships with prospective students, program faculty, alumni, and external partners to increase graduate enrollment.
