Include:Assisting with personal care (such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers)Assist client with active and passive mobility work and report changes to director of nursing. Take and record height, weight, and vital signs as needed. Create and promote a safe, positive work environment and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensure clients' rights are adhered to. Requirements include:Active certification as a certified nursing assistant in the state of Illinois 1 year of experience as a caregiver/home health aide. Valid CPR certificate. Negative drug screen and motor vehicle screening. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
