Manufacturing Technician (M- F 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM EST)
: Job Details :

Performs manufacturing and maintenance work from detailed work instructions and operational method sheets. Maintains daily production output with accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management. Make limited decisions within the confines of quality and safety approved procedures, with guidance. Mainly performing production work and may be dependent upon others for non-standard work. Flexibility and adaptability expected. Complies with all EHS, Training and Quality procedures and policies. Perform routine troubleshooting of process or equipment. Brings equipment irregularities to the attention of the supervisor. Use Lean tools to improve established processes and metrics in daily work. Participates in Action Workouts and Kaizen events. Make acquired skills or knowledge available to others; train others on manufacturing processes. Willing to cross-training in other areas of manufacturing process to assist in site goals.
